1. Our Commitment

LovUp ("LovUp", the "App") is developed and operated by KAMPLISH – DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMAS LTDA ("we", "us"). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other conduct that endangers minors.

This policy applies to the LovUp app on iOS and Android (bundle identifier com.kamplish.lovup.app), and to any account, content, or communication associated with the Service.

2. Who Can Use LovUp

LovUp is an adults-only product designed for romantic couples to privately document their relationship. As stated in our Terms of Service (Section 4) and Privacy Policy (Section 18):

• Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account.
• LovUp is not directed at children and we do not knowingly allow minors to register or use the Service.
• Accounts reasonably believed to belong to a minor, or used to target, exploit, or endanger a minor, are immediately suspended and permanently banned.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly and permanently prohibited on LovUp, with no exceptions:

• Uploading, storing, transmitting, or soliciting any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor, including CSAM in any format (real, computer-generated, or fictionalized).
• Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to arrange or facilitate sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
• Using LovUp's pairing, journaling, or messaging-adjacent features to contact, recruit, or exploit a minor.
• Any other content or behavior prohibited under our Terms of Service (Section 9, Prohibited Conduct).

4. Product Design Safeguards

LovUp's product design limits exposure risk by intent:

• LovUp is a closed, one-to-one couple experience: there is no public feed, public profile discovery, stranger messaging, or open chat with unknown users.
• Every account must be explicitly paired with a single partner via a private pairing code before any journal, photo, or content sharing occurs.
• There is no mechanism to browse, search, or contact other users outside of an already-paired partner.

5. Reporting CSAE

Any user, partner, guardian, or third party who becomes aware of suspected CSAE content or conduct connected to LovUp can report it to us immediately. Reports are reviewed by our team as a top priority.

You may also report suspected CSAM directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org, or to your local law enforcement authority.

6. Our Response and Enforcement

Upon identifying or receiving a credible report of CSAE:

• We immediately disable the offending account and preserve relevant evidence.
• We remove the offending content from our systems.
• We report confirmed or suspected CSAM to NCMEC and cooperate with law enforcement, as required by applicable law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A where applicable).
• We do not reinstate accounts terminated for CSAE violations.

7. Legal and Policy Framework

This policy is issued in alignment with:

• Google Play's Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation policy;
• Apple's App Store Review Guidelines on objectionable content and user safety;
• Applicable child-protection laws, including the U.S. PROTECT Our Children Act reporting obligations and Brazil's ECA (Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente).

This policy supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
