It counts calendar days, weekends and holidays included, the way every couple counts. The day you started is day zero: the next day, you have been together for 1 day.
Months close on the same day number as your start date. If you started on March 14, you reach 1 month on April 14. If a month does not have that day (February 31, for example), it closes on the last day of the month. Weeks are days divided by 7, and years are full months divided by 12.

Count the calendar days between the date you started dating and today. The LovUp calculator does it instantly: just enter your start date.
Does the day we started dating count?
In the calculator, the start date is day zero. The next day you complete 1 day together, the same way age is counted.
How do we know how many months we have been together?
A full month closes on the same day number as your start date. If you started on March 14, you complete 1 month on April 14. When a month does not have that day, it closes on the last day of the month.
Does the calculator store our date?
No. The math runs in your own browser and nothing is sent to LovUp.
